45 year female having left side complicated Giant CP angle Brain tumor (दिमाग में बहुत बड़ी गांठ जो दिमाग की नसों से चिपकी हुई थी)which was adherent to critical cranial nerves was operated successfully by Dr.Nikhil Kakani sir preserving all lower cranial nerve(नसों को बचाया गया). After the operation the patient was made to walk within 12 hrs of surgery and discharged after 3 days to home with post-op CT shows complete removal of the tumor.(मरीज को ऑपरेशन के कुछ घंटो में चलाया और ३ दिन में घर भेज दिए).
